We are equipped to handle orders from one small packet to full pallet loads; no request is too big or small!
Although we reserve the right to choose whichever delivery method will be most economical and efficient to ensure you receive your order both promptly and in good condition, please don't hesitate to contact us should you require a particular service. The majority of products are available for next-day delivery, assuming they are in-stock at point of checkout, the order is placed before 2.00pm and all security checks are passed. Goods shall not be released until payment is received in full and any cheques have cleared. Please allow up to 28 days delivery for non-stocked items. Special order or backordered products may be subject to longer waiting times - we shall notify you of delivery timescales upon receipt of your order and endeavour to keep you informed throughout the order process. If you are not happy with the lead times, you are under no obligation to proceed with the order. We shall of course, make every effort to source products from elsewhere in order to meet any deadlines you may have - just drop us a line to discuss.
All free carriage prices quoted via the website apply only to UK-mainland deliveries. Should you be outwith this jurisdiction, please order online in the normal way and we shall contact you upon receipt of your order with the revised costs. You will then have the opportunity to review your order and decide how you wish to proceed. Extra postage costs are necessary to regions such as the Scottish Highlands, British Isles/Islands and Northern Ireland.
